*Wear & Tear is not included.
To submit a warranty claim, you may email us a copy of original receipt to info@kimbag.com with visual proof of the bag’s condition. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved the warranty claim, please ship the product(s) back to us at your own cost. The warranty process may take 30 to 90 days to complete.
